About the event
Join breathwork facilitator Simon on a beautiful and informative short nature walk, discovering some nature gems and old relics of Joburg's historic past. After a 15-minute easy walk, Simon will guide a calming breathwork experience under the forest canopy. For a deeply immersive experience everyone gets headphones. And there's even a surprise afterwards!
The Braamfontein Spruit is Joburg’s best-kept secret. Stretching along municipal parkland, it is part of the largest man-made urban forest in the world and, boasts as the longest perennial stream in Joburg.
