Cape Town Breath Adventure

Join Raveena Manga as she guides our first-ever Breath Adventure in Cape Town. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of the growing breathwork community in Cape Town, to spend some time outdoors and to tap into the innate healing power that your breath offers. The session will take place in a secluded spot on Devil's peak, framed by the city's breathtaking mountains. 

We will meet in the parking area next to the park. From there we'll walk 10-15 minutes to our location for the breathwork session. All fitness levels are welcome and no prior breathwork experience is needed.

Please bring:

- comfortable hiking or walking shoes

- drinking water

- an adventurous spirit and open heart

Headsets are included as part of the experience, and light refreshments will be served after.
