Take a Breath and notice what happens
If you feel distracted, try these 3 breaths:
Take a deep inhale and exhale through your nose - notice what is happening in your body. No need to change anything, just notice.

Just noticing what is happening in our mind, body and hearts provides us with a space to see what needs changing and then going about the process of change from a place of understanding and compassion.
