Breathwork in Joburg with Tara Cabion

Tara is an Executive at one of South Africa's leading banks, a qualified Executive and Life Coach, a certified Breathwork Practitioner and Kahuna Body Worker. She believes that getting into the body and connecting is where the real sustainable transition takes place and that Breathwork enables us to break through a debilitating, often narrowed perspective and supports all disciplines and allows for a fuller life.

The in-person group sessions are usually held once a month on a Saturday afternoon. Attendance is open to anyone, whether you are new to breathwork or are a regular attendee.

What to bring: mat, pillow, blanket (in case you get cold), water.

The sessions are held at Dunkeld Court (downstairs @Gemini Gym), 16 North Road, Dunkeld West.  The sessions are a profound deep dive breathwork experience based on conscious connected breathing.

Kindly note due to COVID-19 restrictions, these sessions observe current social distancing and mask protocols, with the number of participants limited to 15 people per session.
