How do I book a BreathCafe session with my Masterclass ticket?


With each Masterclass ticket purchase you get access to eight 30-minute Breathcafe sessions for a duration of four weeks. You can find our Bookings page via the Menu item called Sessions. On the Sessions page, select either Masterclass or BreathCafe Session. Once selected you'll see the Schedule page where you'll choose the date and time for the session you'd like to attend. Now, check the "Book a session" radio button and click Next. If you are not already logged in, you will need to click on the Log In button and fill in your account details. These need to be the same details as you used when purchasing your Masterclass ticket. Remember you wont be charged when you click on Pay Now button as you will get 100% discount because of your Masterclass ticket purchase. Once your booking is completed, you'll get an email notification with the session details and Zoom link.




How to book the Masterclass session after purchasing a Masterclass ticket?


You've bought a Masterclass ticket and now you're ready to book the Masterclass session. Here's how: On the Sessions page, select either Masterclass or BreathCafe Session. This takes you to the Schedule page. Note: Unless you've purchased your Masterclass ticket, you won't be able to book the Masterclass. Log in to your account you set up when you purchased the Masterclass ticket. Click on "Log in with Email" button. Then on the Login page, fill in your details. If you've misplaced your password, then click Forgot Password to rest it.

Type in your email address. An email will be sent to reset your password. Click on the link in the email. Type in your password - this can be anything.

Go to the website and login with a new password and email address.

After logging in, you'll see the Schedule page where you'll choose the date and time for the session you'd like to attend. The confirmation that you have a Masterclass ticket will be shown. Click on "Next", confirm your details and then click on "Book it". Kindly note every Masterclass ticket purchased gives you access to 4-weeks worth of BreathCafe sessions. These need to be booked individually for you to receive your Zoom link to the online session.




How do I know when my Masterclass ticket expires?


No need to put reminders on your phone. We'll notify you via email a few days before your Masterclass ticket and your 4-week Breathcafe sessions access expires. The email will contain a link for you to purchase the next month's Masterclass ticket easily.




What does my Masterclass ticket cover?


When you purchase a Masterclass ticket, you get the following benefits: The monthly 2-hour Masterclass with Dr Ela Manga. This Masterclass is usually on the last Saturday of the month. Keep an eye out on our website noticeboard for updates. Access to all sessions that you may attend for a period of 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that your Masterclass ticket doesn't automatically book your sessions. You still need to make individual session bookings. We're constantly looking at ways to improve our services, so if you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us.




Are Zoom links automatically sent once I purchase a Masterclass ticket?


No, this is not an automatic process. The Zoom links are only sent to you once you book the Masterclass and any other session. Use your Masterclass ticket to book a session using your credentials.




How do I book a session using a Coupon Code?


You've received a Coupon Code, either as a Corporate Client or as a trainee practitioner and now you're ready to book your session using this code. Here's how: On the Sessions page, select BreathCafe Session for which your code is valid. This takes you to the Schedule page. Select and click on the date and time for your online session. Now click on the "Book a session" radio button, and then click "NEXT". Simply fill in your name, email address and the Coupon Code at the bottom right of the page. Click "Pay Now". Your Coupon Code will be accepted. Note the Coupon Discount shown below. Then click again on "Pay Now" to confirm your booking. Once done you'll get an email with the Zoom call-in details.




How do I book a session after receiving a Gift Voucher?


You've received a Gift Voucher and now you're ready to book your first session. Here's how: On the Bookings page, select either Masterclass or normal BreathCafe Session. This takes you to the Schedule page. If you are first-time Subscriber, you will have to set up your password. Click on Log in, below the NEXT button. Now click on "Log in with Email". Then on the Login page, dont fill in anything. Just click on "Forgot Password". This is how you set up your password for the first time.

Type in your email address. An email will be sent to reset your password. Click on the link in the email. Type in your password - this can be anything. Remember it.

Now your account is set up.

Go to the website and log in with your new password and email address.

After logging in, you'll see the Schedule page where you'll choose the date and time for the session you'd like to attend. The confirmation that you have a Masterclass ticket will be shown. Click on "Next", confirm your details and then click on "Book it".




How to buy a product from the online shop?


Our online shop has a mix of digital downloadable products and physical products. For digital products: - Click on the product to view information like description, size of file and duration. - Either Add to Cart, if you want to continue browsing, or Buy Now to go to the Checkout page. - On the Checkout page, fill in your billing info or log in to your BreathCafe account for quick checkout. - The Checkout page is also where you fill in Promo codes for discounts. - Click Continue to Review and Place the Order. - Last step is to choose how to pay and complete the payment details. - Once payment is made, the digital product may be downloaded to your device. For physical products: - Follow the same process as above. - Some products may have choices like colour, size, etc. - On the Checkout page, fill in your shipping info (physical address). Shipping costs will be added to total price. PLEASE NOTE: Currently we only ship within South Africa.




What is a zipped file?


Zipped files are compressed files that are used to reduce the size of video files for downloading. Zipped files need to be uncompressed (unzipped) before the file can be used. To unzip a file, simply double click on the zipped file once its downloaded and save the video file to your device. Both Mac and Windows operating systems support unzipping.




Online Payment doesn't go through


We have provided several secure payment methods for your convenience. Please note for non-South African payments, current exchange rates apply. Also note, that some US cards do not have 3D Secure activated on the cards and will thus not work as payment method. In these cases, please contact us and we will create an invoice so that you can pay by EFT.
